Student Insurance Payments
Our Student Insurance Policies are payable by check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Online payments include a processing fee. You can avoid this fee by completing a paper application and paying with check or money order via US Mail. All payments made are a one time annual payment. There are no payment plans.
Student Insurance Effective Dates
“School Time Coverage”
Effective at 11:59pm on the day of purchase and terminates on the last day of school as stated in the master policy established by your child’s school or school district.
“24-Hour A Day Coverage”
Effective at 11:59pm on the day of purchase and terminates on the first day of school the following year as stated in the master policy established by your child’s school or school district.
“Tackle Football Coverage”
Effective at 11:59pm on the day of purchase or the first day of practice established by the State High School Athletic Association, whichever is later. Coverage terminates at the end of the season, as determined by the State High School Athletic Association.
Student Insurance Policy Delivery
Policy numbers are delivered immediately (please print for proof of coverage). The Master Policy is held at the School or School District your child attends. I have read and agree to the outline of coverage including plan details, policy limits, limitations, and exclusions in the brochure provided.
Student Insurance Refunds/Returns
All Student Insurance sales are final. No refunds.
